The market prospect is relatively good, and the advantages in the field of organic sludge dewatering are still relatively obvious. It is not afraid of clogging, simple operation and low operating cost. Has gradually occupied most of the sewage treatment plants.

After the screw filter press treatment, the moisture content of the sludge cake is about 80%, and it has formed a mud cake shape, which can be bagged or shipped outside. The subsequent disposal of mud cake is generally landfill, compost, incineration and other methods.

Sludge incineration treatment can quickly achieve sludge reduction and aseptic disposal. Incineration power generation can also realize part of the economic value. Composting is through mechanical ventilation technology and high temperature fermentation technology, which can control the negative impact of sludge on the environment. The process of sludge landfill disposal is relatively simple and low investment. It is a widely used sludge disposal method at present, but it will waste land resources and may generate potential secondary pollution.
