Inspection and precautions before operation of multi-disk screw press

 

1. Check the piping inside the machine

① Check for loose connections between the piping inside the machine and the external piping.

② Open the valve of the water supply port and check whether the water supply piping is leaking.

③ Open the maintenance valve of the dehydrator, and check whether the water is flowing out of the water pipe.

④ Check whether the valve is in the following switching state.

2. Switch inspection

Ball valve under the flocculation mixing tank ---- to ensure the closed state.

Maintenance valve - ensure closed state.

3. Check for foreign bodies

Check whether there are foreign objects such as packaging materials in the metering tank and flocculation mixing tank.

4. Inspection after power wiring

Make sure that the power connection cable is performed by professional personnel!

① Please confirm whether the main power supply and the power supply in the electric control cabinet are cut off.

② Please tighten the screws of the terminals in the electric control cabinet.

③ Make sure that the operation mode switch (COS-1) on the electric control cabinet is set to "Stop".

④ Turn on the main power switch.

⑤ Please use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the receiving terminal on the electric control cabinet to check whether it conforms to the regulations.

⑥ Please turn on the main power supply (ELCB-1) on the electric control cabinet.

⑦ Please check whether the power indicator (WL-1) on the electric control cabinet is lit.

⑧ Please turn on the operation power supply (MCCB-C), control circuit power supply (CP-1), and spray power supply (CP-2) in the electric control cabinet.

5. Check the rotation direction of the motor

① After the wiring is completed, be sure to check whether the wiring of the power supply phase is correct.

② Please turn off all the operation selector switches (CSL) in the electric control cabinet.

③ Please set the operating mode switch (COS-1) on the electric control cabinet to manual.

④ Please switch the screw shaft on the electric control cabinet and the running switch of the flocculation mixing tank mixer to the ON position in turn, and check the rotation direction of each motor. The correct direction of rotation of each motor is as follows:

Screw shaft: It rotates counterclockwise from the front of the discharge port to the back.

Flocculation mixing tank mixer: It rotates clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.

⑤ In case of reverse rotation of the motor, please reversely connect the first phase (R) and the third phase (T) of the power supply on the electric cabinet, and be sure to cut off the main power supply and the power supply in the electric control cabinet before operation.
