1. Flocculation: flocculants must be added to sewage, which is the main feature that is different from general sludge dewatering equipment.

2. Mud cake: In the debugging process, after the flocculant is added, an effective mud mass must be formed before dehydration can begin.

3. Corrosion: Because screw sludge dehydrator is made of 304 stainless steel, the sewage contains chemical elements that are corrosive to stainless steel, and screw sludge dehydrator, such as chloride ions, cannot be used.

4. Iron ions: The sewage to be dehydrated cannot contain iron ions. The flocculation reaction between iron ions and PAM will cause the flocculant to fail, and the sewage cannot form flocs.

5. Moisture content: It is not suitable to use screw sludge dehydrator if the dryness of sludge is required to be high. The dehydration moisture content of screw sludge dehydrator is generally 80%. If you want a very low moisture content, it cannot be achieved temporarily.

6. Filtrate: It is not suitable to use screw sludge dehydrator if there are strict discharge requirements for the filtrate. Generally, due to the nature of the sludge and the added flocculant, the filtrate will be accompanied by a little turbidity.

7. Concentration: The sludge concentration is not suitable for the treatment range of screw sludge dehydrator. The sludge concentration range of screw sludge dehydrator treatment is 2000mg/L-50000mg/L
